About Sonja
In our modern world we have forgotten about the power of rest. Instead we have bought into the idea that go go go and doing ever more will get us ahead. Yet balance is rather the opposite. It is the ability of a healthy and resilient nervous system to shift between a resting and an active state whenever needed.
I am so excited to share this journey with you because I believe deeply that when we reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies and embrace rest as a vital practice, everything changes. This is what I’ve experienced firsthand and what I now guide others to embrace through Yin Yoga and nervous system care. Together, we’ll learn to pause, to breathe, and to listen to what our bodies need—so we can move through life with more calm, more presence, and more joy.
