2 monthly LIVE ONLINE YIN YOGA & NERVOUS SYSTEM CARE 75min sessions (incl. recordings).
Explore the themes of the month together in real-time.
Yoga, movement, breath & meditative practices.
Includes a 15-minute Q&A after each session an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and deepen your practice.
Recordings of all past classes are available for 3 months.

FAQ's
What do I need for the sessions?
the live online classes will take place on ZOOM, to ensure smooth access, install ZOOM on your Laptop, you will receive a ZOOM link and password prior to each session
A Yoga mat, a firm pillow (Yoga bolster or Sofa pillow), a blanket
Nice to have: A cushion to sit on, a Yoga block, something to cover yourself up, socks
Do I need previous experience?
No, you do not need any previous Yoga- or meditation experience
About Sonja
In our modern world we have forgotten about the power of rest. Instead we have bought into the idea that go go go and doing ever more will get us ahead. Yet balance is rather the opposite. It is the ability of a healthy and resilient nervous system to shift between a resting and an active state whenever needed.
I am so excited to share this journey with you because I believe deeply that when we reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies and embrace rest as a vital practice, everything changes. This is what I’ve experienced firsthand and what I now guide others to embrace through Yin Yoga and nervous system care. Together, we’ll learn to pause, to breathe, and to listen to what our bodies need—so we can move through life with more calm, more presence, and more joy.
