Time moves a little slower here, and the spacious quiet of nature invites you to exhale. It’s a place that gently opens your heart and gives you room to feel yourself again.
This retreat is an invitation to gift yourself a pause. Time to realign through Yin Yoga, meditation, movement, breath, and mindfulness practices inspired by the ancient wisdom of Daoism and Yoga. Time to slow down, let go of the roles you carry in daily life, and return to your body, your truth, and yourself.

In a full and richly layered life, it can be surprisingly easy to move through the day without ever truly feeling ourselves. Over time, this can show up as subtle tension, a quiet fatigue, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves. What often serves us most then is to pause, to slow down, and to become still, so we can begin to feel ourselves again.
When we give ourselves space, our inner world can naturally gravitate toward balance again. We can find a new sense of grounding within, an inner base that helps us hold the many complex and often paradoxical aspects of today’s world without losing ourselves in the process.
This retreat invites you into a deeply held space where you can return to your natural rhythm. Guided Yin Yoga, breath, and nervous system practices create the conditions for the body to soften and release held tension, while gently restoring balance from within. An opportunity to replenish your energy, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a grounded sense of inner trust.
We begin our mornings in silence - with tea, gentle movement, and grounding breath practices that softly awaken your body. In the afternoons, you’re invited into calming Yin Yoga sessions, sound journeys, journaling, and other somatic explorations.
We invite you to release any expectations about how the retreat “should” feel, so you can fully drop into the experience and let it meet you where you are.
Host & Facilitators
Sonja is a Yin Yoga teacher and embodiment mentor whose work invites a gentle return to stillness, softness, and inner connection. Her approach weaves together Yin Yoga, breath, meditation, and nervous system practices to create a space where the body can unwind and restore naturally. Throughout the retreat, her sessions offer you to return to balance, presence, and self-connection.
Guest Facilitators
Rai is an experienced bodyworker with over two decades of practice, offering holistic treatments that combine shiatsu, reflexology, therapeutic massage, Thai stretching, and Reiki. His intuitive approach supports the release of tension and invites the body into deep relaxation. As part of the retreat, he will guide a workshop exploring touch as a form of connection, self-care, and presence.
Cami will guide us through a soothing sound journey using crystal singing bowls. The gentle vibrations of the bowls can help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite the body into deep relaxation.

Let yourself be held by the safe container of the retreat - even if it’s your first time joining or you’re traveling alone. Every retreat creates its own unique, trusting community where we meet each other as equals, inspire one another, learn from each other, and share unforgettable moments.

The location of the Retreat is in Portòl, a small pottery village. The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca, located about 20 minutes away by car or Uber.
From three months before the retreat begins, a WhatsApp group will be created so participants can coordinate shared taxi rides and other logistics if they wish.

Booking Conditions:
