Time just for you - to realign through Yin Yoga, meditation, and additional movement, breath, and mindfulness practices inspired by the ancient wisdom of Daoism and Yoga.
A time to slow down, let go of the roles you carry in daily life, and return to your body, your truth, and yourself.

We begin our mornings in silence - with tea, gentle movement, and grounding breath practices that softly awaken your body.
In the afternoons, you’re invited into calming Yin Yoga sessions, sound journeys, journaling, and other somatic explorations.
We invite you to release any expectations about how the retreat “should” feel, so you can fully drop into the experience and let it meet you where you are.

The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca, located about 20 minutes away by car.
From three months before the retreat begins, a WhatsApp group will be created so participants can coordinate shared taxi rides and other logistics if they wish.

To ensure a cozy atmosphere and a personal approach, this retreat will take place in an intimate group of 10 participants.

Booking Conditions:
