ABOUT THE CLASSES...
We live in a world that constantly asks for more - more speed, more doing, more output. Over time, this keeps the body in a low-grade state of activation, making it hard to relax, sleep, digest, or feel truly present.
This practice offers a reset for your whole system - a space to soften, recalibrate, and rebuild the inner safety that allows real rest and energy to return.
You may benefit from this class if you’ve been experiencing:
• Constant stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• Muscle tension, aches, or chronic pain
• Difficulty relaxing, switching off, or sleeping deeply
• Low mood, fatigue, or lack of motivation
• Digestive issues or bloating
• Recurring inflammation or a weakened immune system
Through a blend of gentle Yin postures, slow breathwork, and simple nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll learn how to:
• Support your body to shift from survival mode into rest and repair
• Release long-held tension patterns
• Rebuild resilience and inner steadiness
• Feel more grounded, calm, and connected in daily life
Each class is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.
This is not just relaxation its nervous system re-education. You’ll leave feeling clear, calm, and more at home in yourself.
What others say
Nadja
Sonja’s Yin Yoga classes have been the most transformative for us - her warm presence, energy, and the way she leads the practice made us feel deeply supported and recharged, unlike any other class we’ve attended.

Sonja really allows people to get into the postures and to understand their bodies more. After the two classes I really felt my body had been going through an amazing experience.

Incorporating breathwork and meditation is incredibly important to me, and it was so beautiful that you naturally included them in every class <3

I love how Sonja ties in information and knowledge about the yoga poses to our actual human habits, like where we store anger and fear. So valuable.

The Yin Yoga sessions simply felt great. My back hurts less, and that wasn't even my focus during the practice.

About Sonja
Sonja is a Yin Yoga teacher and embodiment mentor who has been immersed in yoga and somatic exploration since 2010. She has been teaching Yin Yoga and Somatic Inquiry since 2019 and hosts classes, retreats, and teacher trainings in Mallorca and internationally.
Inspired by her own journey from burnout and perfectionism into balance and embodiment, Sonja’s work is rooted in the understanding that tension and imbalance in the body-mind arise when our thoughts, actions, and beliefs are not aligned with who we truly are.
Her approach combines yogic, Daoist, and nervous system-informed principles to create practices that invite people to slow down, release layers of tension, and reconnect with their body’s natural intelligence.
In her offerings, Sonja creates warm, grounded spaces that encourage presence through gentle movement, sensing, breath, and self-inquiry. Each practice becomes an exploration of alignment - not just of the body, but of one’s entire being.
Her teaching is soft yet precise, weaving embodiment, nervous system awareness, and time-relevant wisdom to guide students toward a more regulated, creative, and heart-centered way of living.
Through her Heart of Yin Method, Sonja shares an experiential approach that bridges science and soul - helping others find home within themselves.
